1. DESCRIPTION OF THE “RASPBERRY PARADISE” PROGRAM
“Raspberry Paradise” is a program of the company Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Solec-Zdrój 28-131, ul. Leśna 7. The ‘Raspberry Paradise’ Program (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Program’) is addressed to adult individual Guests who use the services of Raspberry Hotels Medical Spa and have given their consent to receive commercial information by electronic means and their consent to process their personal data for marketing purposes. In case of cancellation of the above-mentioned consents, the program participant loses the privileges of the Raspberry Paradise Program and is obliged to return the card. The program operates on the basis of the provisions of these Regulations. The Bronze, Silver and Gold Cards, hereinafter referred to as Program Cards, entitle holders to use the privileges described below during stays in the Malinowy Zdrój Hotel, in the Malinowy Dwór Hotel and in the Malinowy Raj Hotel, as well as when purchasing Balneocosmetics in the above hotels and in the online store www.balneokosmetyki.pl. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to liquidate the Program, modify the Program in whole or in part, at any time, or replace it with another program. The current rules of the Program can be found at www.malinowehotele.pl. As part of the Program, Cardholders will receive information about promotions, special offers and other important company events. The above-mentioned information will be sent via electronic mail (e-mail), text messages or snail mail.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE CARDS
The Program Cards are issued by Raspberry Hotels Ltd. and provide the opportunity to participate in the program. The card is personal with the holder's name, card number and card name printed on it. The card is issued in perpetuity. The cards are the property of Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. and cannot be sold, transferred or ceded to a third party. The card is not a payment card within the meaning of Article 4, paragraph 1, item. 4 of the Banking Law (i.e., Official Gazette of 2002, No. 72, item 665, as amended). The Bronze, Silver and Gold Cards are the property of Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. and the company may revoke their validity in justified cases.
In order to become a holder of the Bronze Card, the value of transactions completed at Raspberry Hotels per individual must amount to a minimum of PLN 10,000.
To become a holder of a Silver Card, the value of completed transactions at Raspberry Hotels per individual must be a minimum of PLN 20,000.
To become a Gold Card holder, the value of completed transactions at Raspberry Hotels per individual must be a minimum of PLN 30,000.
If, during one of the stays, a Raspberry Paradise Program participant exceeds a given threshold of completed transactions - he/she will receive the corresponding card during check-out or the card will be sent to the address indicated on the registration card. Discounts resulting from it are entitled only from the next stay in one of the selected hotels included in the Program. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse and not issue a Program Card to a person who has flagrantly violated the provisions of the “Raspberry Paradise” Program regulations or the internal regulations of any of the hotels included in the Program.

3. CARD BENEFITS
Participants of the Program receive price discounts on accommodation, catering and other services and products sold and provided at Raspberry Hotels and when purchasing Balneocosmetics. In order to take advantage of the price discounts, it is necessary to inform that one is a holder of the Program Card and present the appropriate card:

The Raspberry Paradise Card discount applies only to services purchased directly from Raspberry Hotels (including by email, phone or online reservation system. Price discounts are not cumulative with other discounts and special offers of hotels. The discount given to the Cardholder cannot be combined with other discounts. It also does not apply to occasional events organized by the hotel under special offers. The discount is also not applicable for group stays and individual discount prices.
3.1. PRICE DESCRIPTION
Basic Price - standard prices found in the currently valid price lists of the Hotel. Special offers / e.g. treatment package - stay min. 14 days / are not considered the basic price and cannot be treated as the basic price from which the discount for the Program Card is calculated. No discount is granted on such special offers on account of holding any of the Program Cards.
3.2. PRICE DISCOUNTS ON ACCOMMODATIONS
The holder of a Bronze Card receives a discount on services provided at Raspberry Hotels in the amount of 5% on the basic prices applicable at Raspberry Hotels.
A Silver cardholder receives a discount on services provided at Raspberry Hotels in the amount of 10% from the basic prices in force at Raspberry Hotels.
The Gold Card holder receives a 20% discount on services provided by Raspberry Hotels from the basic prices in effect at Raspberry Hotels.
The discount applies only to the room in which the cardholder is staying, and in the case of families with children, the discount also applies to the room for children under 16 living in a separate room.
3.3. CATERING DISCOUNTS
Program participants receive discounts on catering at Raspberry Hotels in the amount of:
5% on the value of the bill for Bronze card holders
10% on the value of the bill for Silver card holders
20% off the value of the bill for Gold cardholders
The discount applies only to people staying in the room where the cardholder is staying, and for families with children, the discount also applies to children living in a separate room. Only one card is honored per table. To take advantage of the dining discount, the card must be presented before ordering, or the payment must be transferred (in the case of cardholders living in the hotel) to the account of the occupied room, and the discount will be recognized at the final billing for all services.
3.4. DISCOUNTS ON COSMETIC AND THERAPEUTIC TREATMENTS
Program participants receive discounts on treatments offered at Raspberry Hotels' SPA & Wellness Centers/beauty salon and Rehabilitation Centers in the amount of:
5% off the bill value for Bronze cardholders
10% of the bill value for Silver card holders
20% off the bill for Gold cardholders The discount applies only to those staying in the room where the cardholder is staying, and in the case of families with children, the discount also applies to children under 16 living in a separate room.
To take advantage of the discount, the card must be presented before making a purchase, or the payment must be transferred (in the case of cardholders living in the hotel) to the account of the occupied room, and the discount will be credited at the final billing for all services.
4. OPPORTUNITIES TO LEAVE THE ROOM LATER
All Silver cardholders or Gold cardholders have the opportunity to stay in the hotel room until 4:00 p.m. on the day of departure, provided that they inform the front desk well in advance. This offer may be limited due to room availability.
5. LOSS OF CARD
Any case of lost, stolen or other case of loss of the card should be reported to the Marketing Department of the Hotel Malinowy Zdrój, Malinowy Raj or Malinowy Dwór. Once reported, a new named card will be issued.
6. RETURN OF THE CARD
Each Guest has the right to return a Bronze, Silver or Gold card. Returning the card is tantamount to cancellation of participation in the Program.
7. FINAL PROVISION
Joining the Program and using the Program Cards is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations on the part of the cardholder. The cardholder agrees that Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. will store, in a computer database, information regarding the use of the cards by cardholders. The following data will be processed for this purpose: name, address, PESEL (to identify the cardholder), e-mail address, telephone number. The data may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on the basis of the consent given. Raspberry Hotels Sp. z o.o. does not sell, trade or rent this data to companies not directly related to the Program.
The above data will be processed on the basis of the General EU Regulation of April 27, 2016.
In accordance with Article 13. paragraphs 1 and 2. we inform you that: The administrator of your personal data is Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. at ul. Leśna 7, 28-131 Solec -Zdrój. A Data Protection Supervisor has been appointed, who can be contacted on all matters related to the processing of personal data at e-mail address: iod@malinowehotele.pl.
