An innovative package for people who are starting to suffer from back pain. About 80% of the population experiences it after the age of 30. We mainly lead a sedentary lifestyle, work a lot mostly in the "at the computer" position, are tired, and also rest sitting down. This civilization disease related to a sedentary lifestyle and little movement usually begins with mild pain occurring around the lower back or neck, nape, and shoulders. THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

5 nights in comfortable rooms
3 meals a day (breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in buffet form). The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival.
Physiotherapy consultation and creating an individual treatment plan,
Program of 32 therapeutic treatments per person/stay:

Meals

If you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, or have any dietary restrictions (gluten-free, lactose-free), please inform the reception at least 3 days before arrival.
In the case of a strict diet, a consultation with the Head Chef will be conducted and meals will be prepared individually based on the buffet menu of the day.
An additional cost for the diet is 25 PLN per meal.

Important information

Day starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 2:00 PM.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to 6.00 PLN / day / per person. It should be paid in cash upon departure from the hotel.
Fee for parking on the entire hotel premises is not included in the price and amounts to 30 PLN/day/car
The hotel has its own electric car charging station

Parking - info

The price for parking is 30 PLN per day. The parking lot is monitored and from 22:00 to 7:00 the barrier is closed.

Animals

At our hotel, we are happy to accept dogs for an additional fee of PLN 80 per night. However, please note that dogs are not allowed in common areas such as the restaurant, cafe, spa, swimming pool, or rehabilitation center to ensure the comfort of all guests)
