The strongest sulphur brine in the world that we use for treatment in the Physiotherapy Center comes from the “Malina” borehole in Solc Zdrój. According to classification, it is strongly mineralized chloride-sodium sulphur brine (sulphur brine), bromide, iodide and borate water with the highest content of active sulphur
The strength of balneological treatments depends on the concentration of active sulphur compounds in the water. Using medicinal water sources containing high concentrations (over 100 mg/1L) of sulphur compounds ensures the best therapeutic results during a spa cure. Like any stimulus-based treatment, it requires a series of treatments, and therapeutic effects last for about one year after the end of the cure.
