1. In accordance with the Law of May 13, 2016 on Prevention of Sexual Crime Threats and Protection of Minors, Raspberry Hotels Ltd. requires adults traveling with children to show a document that allows verification of the child's identity.
2. Such document may be an identity card, school ID, MOBYWATEL, Internet Patient Account, civil status certificate, court order, or notarized consent of a parent to travel with the child. Alternatively, it can be a written consent from the parent, including the child's data, home address, telephone contact to the parent, and the identity document/PESEL number of the person entrusted with the child's care.
3. In order to facilitate the procedure, the hotel provides a template of authorization for guardianship, which can be downloaded from our website and presented during registration.
