The strongest sulphur brine in the world, which we use for treatment in the Physiotherapy Center, comes from the “Malina” borehole in Solc Zdroj. According to classification, it is a strongly mineralised chlorosodium sulphur water (brine) with sulphur, bromide and iodide, boron, with the highest content of active sulphur

The strength of balneological treatments depends on the concentration of active sulphur compounds in the water. Using medicinal water sources with high sulphur content (over 100 mg/1L) ensures the best therapeutic effects in a spa treatment. As with any stimulus-based therapy, it requires a series of treatments, and the therapeutic effects last for about one year after the end of the treatment.
