§1 Room Rental
1. A room in the Hotel is rented for a day.
2. If the Guest did not specify the duration of stay, renting the room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
3. The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the Hotel Guest should report at the reception until 10:00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires. The Hotel will accommodate the request to extend the stay as far as possible.
§2 Personal Data and Registration
1. In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the EU Regulation of April 27, 2016, we inform you that: The administrator of your personal data is Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o., ul. Leśna 7, 28-131 Solec-Zdrój.
2. The Guest of the hotel is obliged to fill in the Guest Registration Card, which constitutes a civil contract for the provision of hotel services between the Guest and the hotel, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the EU Regulation of April 27, 2016, and to present a document with a photograph to the Reception employee before check-in. In case of refusal to show the document, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue a key to the room.
3. By filling out the Registration Card, the Guest declares that he/she has accepted the rules and regulations.
4. The Guest may voluntarily provide his/her telephone number or e-mail address to facilitate contact with him/her during his/her stay or to send an invoice.
5. The Guest, in order to receive marketing/trade information, may voluntarily provide and consent in the appropriate spaces on the Guest Registration Card and the provision of an email address and/or telephone number.
6. Any data subject has the right to object to further processing at any time, in accordance with Article 21(2) of the EU Regulation of April 27, 2016, and may withdraw consent at any time without charge in writing sent to e-mail:recepcja@malinowydwor.pl or submitted to the hotel reception.
7. The Guest may also provide company data necessary for issuing a VAT invoice.8. When using the hotel's parking lot, the Guest will be asked to provide the vehicle registration number. Obligatory parking fee.
§3 Transfer of the Room
1. The hotel Guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which he has paid for the stay has not expired.
2. Persons not checked in the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
3. The hotel may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during the previous stay, grossly violated the hotel rules, causing damage to hotel property or Guests or damage to the person of Guests, hotel employees or other persons staying at the hotel, or otherwise disrupted the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of the hotel.
§4 Provision of Services
1. The hotel shall provide services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of complaints about the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them to the reception as soon as possible, which allows the hotel to respond immediately.
2. The hotel is obliged to provide:
- Conditions for full and unhindered rest of the Guest.
- Security of the stay, including the security of keeping the Guest's information confidential.
- Professional and courteous service in all services provided at the hotel.
- Cleaning of the room and performance of necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest's absence, and in the Guest's presence only if the Guest expresses such a wish.
- Technically efficient service; in the event of defects that cannot be corrected, the hotel will endeavor to replace the room to the best of its ability or otherwise alleviate the inconvenience.
§5 Unpaid Services
At the request of the Guest, the hotel shall provide the following services free of charge:
1. providing information related to stay and travel.
2. waking up at the designated time.
3. storage of luggage; the hotel may refuse to accept luggage storage on dates other than the dates of the Guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage.
4. storage of money and valuables during the Guest's stay at the hotel is carried out in safes installed in each room.
§6 Liability of the Hotel
1. The Hotel shall be liable for loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in the provisions of Article 846-852 of the Civil Code.
2. The Guest shall notify the hotel reception of the occurrence of damage immediately upon discovery.
§7 Liability for Vehicles
1. The Hotel shall not be liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a Guest not left in a guarded parking lot.
§8 Silence at night
1. The hotel shall maintain silence from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. of the following day.
2. The behavior of Guests and persons using the services of the hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The hotel may refuse to provide further services to a person who violates this rule.
3. In the event of a violation of the quiet of the night, starting a brawl or receiving complaints from other Guests, the hotel reserves the right to call the police patrol and possibly shorten the stay.
§9 Guest's Material Liability
1. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should check that the door is locked and leave the key at the reception. The reception desk issues the key on the basis of the stay card.
2. The hotel guest bears material responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects of equipment and technical devices of the hotel, caused by his fault or the fault of visitors.
3. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that do not constitute room equipment in hotel rooms.
4. In case of activation of the alarm caused by smoking in the room, the Hotel Guest shall bear the cost of calling the fire department.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire facility except in the designated area - smoking room. The fee for failure to comply with the above is 800 PLN each time. In addition, we would like to inform you that the above ban also applies to the balconies and / or terraces belonging to the rooms.
§10 Personal Property
1. Personal belongings left by the departing Guest in the hotel room will be sent back at the expense of the Guest to the address indicated by him/her. In case of non-receipt of instructions, the hotel will store these items for 1 month.
§11 Rules of Arrival with Dog
1. It is possible to come to the hotel with a dog after paying the fee of 80 PLN per day.
2. The hotel accepts dogs no larger than 30 cm at the withers. The number of rooms available for Guests arriving with a dog is limited. Willingness to come with a dog must be notified at the stage of reservation. Otherwise an additional fee of 250 PLN/day will be charged.
3. The owner of the dog is obliged to keep the dog tethered on the hotel premises and outside and remove any waste left by the dog.
4. The dog owner is financially responsible for any damage caused by the dog.
5. The owner of the dog is obliged to ensure that his dog does not behave noisily in the hotel premises, as well as not to disturb the rest of the Guests.
6. It is forbidden to bring a dog into the common areas of the hotel, i.e. Restaurant, Café, Rehabilitation Center, Beauty Center, Night Club, Wellness and Spa area, sauna area, fitness room and gym.
7. Cats and other pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel. If the guidelines are not followed, an additional fee of 500 PLN/day will be charged.
